Ibis hotel Belval
A limited number of rooms at the Ibis hotel situated near the conference venue are available at discount rates. You are advised to book early as these rooms are available on a first come first served basis. In order to book your accommodation, please fill in the form below and send it directly to the hotel.

Remarks
- Please do not be confused by the title of the reservation form. It reads e.g. “From the 16th to the 22nd September 2018 “. Of course, these dates are only indicative. It is allowed to, e.g., check in one day earlier. If you need to do it, just say so by indicating your exact check-in day under “date of arrival”
- During check-in you will be automatically allocated a non-smoking room. If you want a smoking room, just say so when you check in.
- If you prefer, you can also give them your credit card information over the phone. In this case, please indicate somewhere in the form that you will call them to provide them with this information. Please be aware that your booking will not be confirmed until they have received your credit card information.
Other hotels
You can also use www.booking.com to book a hotel. There is also a convenient youth hostel located one train station away from the conference venue.

As of 1 Sep 2018, both the IBIS hotels and the above youth hostel are apparently full. We give below an extra list of hotels to help you find an accommodation.

- Hôtel-Restaurant Gulliver (connection to University of Luxembourg via 50 minutes direct bus number: 15,3)
